Customer data is collected based on the information provided directly by them or through the documentation they make available to us. Cloe Home Studio is responsible for the processing of this data, which can be consulted, exported, modified or deleted by the customer via the email geral@cloehomestudio.pt.

Customer data is stored for a period of 2 years from the last contact, except when there are legal obligations that require a longer period.

Each client has the right to be informed about any breach of their personal data and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (CNPD).

Cloe Home Studio also saves data of candidates for its recruitment processes, with the aim of informing them whenever a new career opportunity arises. For the purposes of privacy policy and processing of personal data, these candidates are treated in the same way as clients.
